SAMPLE FEE
For custom development, a sample fee is required before sample production. The fee depends on the style, fabric, wash and customization level

Samples are developed based on the confirmed design, fabric and technical details.

SHIPPING
The remaining balance is required before shipment. Finished goods are packed and prepared for delivery according to the confirmed order.

PRODUCTION
We arrange bulk production and follow the process with quality checks on fit, wash, details and finishing.

DEPOSIT
After sample approval, the bulk order details, quantity and production schedule are confirmed. Production starts after deposit payment.

We provide photos, videos or physical samples for review. Adjustments can be discussed before bulk production.

Custom production requires upfront investment in sampling and development. Here's exactly what to expect.
Sample Fee
Required before sample production. Covers fabric, labor, and development. Deducted from bulk order when you proceed to production.
Payment Terms
50% deposit to start bulk production after sample approval. Remaining 50% balance due before shipment. Bank transfer or agreed business payment methods.
Shipping Costs
Quoted separately based on destination, order volume and preferred delivery method. Buyer-paid for both samples and bulk orders.
MOQ & Timeline
Minimum 50 pcs per style. Production time 1–2 months after deposit, depending on fabric sourcing and wash complexity.
